The Golf Digest Volvo July Open will take place on the 5th July at Knightsbrook Hotel Spa & Golf Resort. Situated in the designated heritage town of Trim, a mere 35 minutes from Dublin City Centre. Host venue to the 2011 Junior Solheim Cup Knightsbrook boasts an 18-hole championship golf course designed by former Ryder Cup Legend Christy O'Connor Jnr. Challenging and incredibly creative, the Knightsbrook Course is laid out over undulated fairways, testing greens and demanding water features.

Entry costs €55 per player and is open to all who wish to participate. Only golfers with an official GUI or ILGU handicap can enter the main competition, but all participants can win novelty and raffle prizes. All Category winners go through to the Grand Final and will be in with a chance to lift the biggest silver trophy in the history of Irish sport – The Golf Digest Volvo Champions Cup.
